How sourcing with us works

1. Tell us what you need

Add products from the catalogue to an inquiry, or describe what you have in mind to our AI assistant. The assistant asks the questions a factory will ask — quantity, materials, certifications, packaging, branding, destination — so your request arrives complete.

Most inquiries that arrive by email are missing half of this, and every missing answer costs a day.

2. We source and quote

We take your brief to suppliers we have already vetted, negotiate, and come back with one written quote: unit price at your quantity, tooling and sample costs, timing for your order, and freight to your port.

Typically within one business day for catalogue products, two to four for custom work.

3. Sample, then production

For anything custom you approve a sample before mass production starts. We hold the spec you signed off and check against it, not against the factory's interpretation of it.

4. Inspection before payment is released

We inspect before shipment, with photos, against your approved spec. If it is wrong, it does not ship — and the factory has not been paid in full yet, which is what gives that sentence teeth.

5. Freight, customs and delivery

We arrange consolidation, freight and export documents, and hand you a shipment you can clear. One contract, one invoice, one point of contact.

What we do not do

We do not list products we cannot actually supply, and we do not quote prices we cannot hold. If your quantity is below what a factory will run, or your target price is not achievable at your spec, we tell you that instead of quoting something that falls apart later.
