Why it is a project, not an order

A cold room is sized to the product going into it and the heat coming through its walls. A hotel floor is sixty pieces that have to arrive as one matching batch. A treatment plant is engineered to a water analysis. None of that can be picked from a list — so we do not pretend it can.

What you get instead: one engineer who owns the drawings, one contract, one invoice, and an inspection against the drawings before anything ships.
