About this product
This projection welding machine is specially developed for auto filter end cap assembly welding.
Equipped with a multi-position rotating turntable, the machine supports automatic workpiece feeding and discharging, greatly improving production efficiency.
Adopting medium-frequency inverter power source, it features concentrated welding energy, small welding deformation and low spatter.
Human-machine touch screen control allows quick adjustment of welding current, pressure and time parameters.
A three-color warning light is fitted to display equipment running status and trigger fault alarms.
This welder is widely applied in automotive filter manufacturing lines for continuous mass production.
Customized specifications are available according to customer requirements.
