About this product
Our platform type laser spot welding machine comes with an integrated structure and the latest laser generator, fitted with an independently developed dual-swing welding torch.
The multi-joint swing arm enables flexible operation and reaches deep cavity welding positions. Controlled by microcomputer single-chip system with LCD display, it is easy to operate even for new operators without professional welding experience.
Compared with traditional spot welders, this laser welding machine boosts working efficiency over 3 times. Welded workpieces keep a clean backside without marks, removing post-processing work like grinding and polishing, which greatly cuts production costs.
Available models: LSW1500, LSW2000, LSW3000.
It can weld carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and galvanized steel sheets. Common applications include battery tabs, battery busbars, chassis cabinets, water tank shells, 3C precision parts, medical equipment and kitchen hardware.
Custom worktable size is supported.
