About this product
The Intermediate Frequency Inverter DC Spot Welder converts 50Hz AC power into medium-frequency 1000Hz DC output. Compared with traditional power-frequency welding machines, the inverter system provides improved time resolution and control accuracy, while helping maintain stable welding current during changes in the secondary output circuit.
The machine is designed for efficient resistance welding with high thermal efficiency, strong output power and consistent welding performance. It can be used for a wide range of metal component applications, including automotive components, metal cabinets, fasteners, electronic components, electrical switches, terminal wires, wire mesh and mesh baskets.
Available models include DTB-80, DTB-160, DTB-240, DTB-280, DTB-340 and DTB-450, allowing different welding requirements to be matched with suitable machine configurations.
